Are the books damaged when they come out?
Never. Our machines are fitted with product elevators — your book is gently delivered every single time. No drops, no damage.
What's your returns policy?
All sales are final — the mystery is kind of the whole point! If something arrives damaged, reach out and we'll make it right.
